This course is the EPA model course for certified renovators. It meets all the requirements in 40 CFR 745.90. This 1-day (8-hour) class explains how to comply with the EPA’s Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule.

This 1/2-day (4-hour) class meets the requirements for refresher training in how to comply with EPA’s Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule. All certified renovators are required to take this course every 5 years from their original course date.

All You Could Learn About Mold in a Single Day
LEW Corporation now offers a class that gives you all the need-to-know information about mold. This course will emphasize health risks & effects. The class covers national standards of practice for conducting residential and commercial mold inspection and remediation. As well, the course will address other questions surrounding mold.
NY State Mold Abatement Worker Course
This course is the NY State Mold Remediation Abatement Worker course regulated by New York State Department of Labor, Articles 32.
EPA Dust Sampling Technician Initial– English
This course was developed to teach by the U.S. EPA, in collaboration with the HUD, to teach contractors how to conduct non-abatement lead dust clearance testing under EPA’s Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule and clearance examinations under HUD’s Lead Safe Housing Rule.
